My tendency to call it as I see it.  I suppose it is because my internal filter/inner monologue is broken, so if I think it, it usually comes out.  I don't pull any punches and even though people respect me for being so straightforward, for some people - it truly turms them off.  ASk James, he'll tell you, LOL.
